Orders are placed through a pre-filled WhatsApp message. An order is confirmed only after our team replies and agrees delivery details with you.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may update your profile, saved delivery address, and password from My Account.

Nathalie Perfumes sells original alcohol-free formulas, including inspired interpretations of well-known scent families. Product names that reference other houses describe fragrance direction, not affiliation. Photos are representative; bottles and packaging may vary.

Delivery is available nationwide across Lebanon and is paid. The fee is confirmed via WhatsApp before the order is finalized. There is no free shipping.

Because fragrances are personal-care products, returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case. Contact us on WhatsApp if there is an issue with your order.
