Nathalie Perfumes respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order and how we use it.

When you order via WhatsApp, you provide your name, phone number, delivery address, and optional order notes. If you create an account, we also store your email, profile name, phone, optional delivery address, and optional profile photo so checkout can be pre-filled and you can sign back in.

Your details are shared only with our team to confirm orders, arrange delivery, and respond to inquiries. Account data is stored with our authentication provider (Supabase). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Order details are handled through WhatsApp. Your bag, language preference, and last checkout details may be stored locally in your browser. If you use the on-site chat, a temporary session id is stored for that visit. Signed-in sessions use secure cookies.
